CANCELLATIONS

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to all online physiotherapy, wellness consultations, coaching services, and digital products offered through ReflexionX.

By booking or purchasing any service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Session Confirmation

All online consultations and coaching sessions are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
Unpaid sessions will not be reserved.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or request to reschedule a session provided that at least 24 hours’ notice is given prior to the scheduled appointment time.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours in advance will be accommodated without penalty.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

• ReflexionX reserves the right to determine whether a late cancellation qualifies for rescheduling under exceptional circumstances.

3. Late Arrivals

Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time, regardless of late arrival, to respect subsequent appointments.

• If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered missed.

• In such cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.

4. No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

• No-shows are charged in full.

• Repeated missed appointments may require advance payment for future bookings.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

ReflexionX understands that illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances may arise.

• Clients are encouraged to contact ReflexionX as soon as possible in such situations.

• Any exceptions to the above policies are offered strictly at the discretion of ReflexionX and are not guaranteed.

6. Refund Policy – Consultations & Coaching

• Refunds are not issued for completed sessions.

• If a client is dissatisfied or requires clarification, they are encouraged to contact ReflexionX directly. Client experience and care remain a priority.

7. Digital Products

All digital products, including but not limited to guides, trackers, or educational materials, are non-refundable, as access is provided immediately upon purchase.

8. Packages (If offered)

• Packages are non-refundable once initiated.

• Unused sessions may be rescheduled within the package validity period, subject to availability and the cancellation terms outlined above.

9. Policy Updates

ReflexionX reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
