In-person consultations are designed for individuals who may benefit from hands-on assessment or treatment.
This session allows for a more comprehensive physical evaluation, including movement analysis and manual techniques where clinically appropriate. Care is tailored to your individual needs, with clear explanations and guidance throughout.
Following this session, ongoing care may continue either in person or online, depending on what best supports your progress.

Online Initial Wellness Consultation
Online consultations are suitable when hands-on treatment is not required, or as a continuation of care following an in-person session.
These sessions focus on guided assessment within online limitations, exercise rehabilitation, education, and lifestyle or postural support. They are ideal for progress reviews, structured guidance, and long-term management.
Hands-on treatment is not provided in online sessions. If physical treatment is indicated, an in-person consultation may be recommended.
Every client begins differently; because no two bodies, lifestyles, or concerns are the same.
Depending on your needs, care may begin with an in-person or online consultation. Both focus on listening carefully, assessing what’s going on, and creating a clear, realistic plan forward; without rushing or overcomplicating things.
